Spicy Choila (तेलको चोयला)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb buffalo or chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 fresh green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the meat with mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan on the stovetop and add the marinated meat. Cook until the meat is tender and slightly charred.
  3. Once cooked, transfer the meat to a mixing bowl and add chopped green chilies, red onions, and fresh cilantro. Mix well.
  4. तेलको चोयला (Spicy Choila) is ready to be served. Enjoy it with beaten rice or as an appetizer with drinks.
