Ingredients
- 500g horse meat, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 hot peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the horse meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in the tomatoes, hot peppers, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Once the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
- Serve the spicy chuchuk hot, accompanied by bread or rice.
