Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and red chili. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
