Ingredients

Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned cucumbers, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, sugar, and Sichuan peppercorn powder to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to combine with the dressing and vegetables.
- Chill the spicy cold noodles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
