Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned cucumbers, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, sugar, and Sichuan peppercorn powder to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to combine with the dressing and vegetables.
  6. Chill the spicy cold noodles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
