Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 2 medium eggplants, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions

- Add the fresh basil leaves and toss to wilt.
