Ingredients
- 500g lamb, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the lamb slices and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the onion and bell peppers, and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, cumin powder, chili flakes, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
