Spicy Cumin Lamb (孜然羊肉)

Ingredients

  • 500g lamb, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the lamb slices and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add the onion and bell peppers, and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, cumin powder, chili flakes, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
