Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 red chilies
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Grind the shallots, garlic, and red chilies into a paste.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the paste until fragrant.
