Spicy Enoki Mushroom

Ingredients

  • 1 package of enoki mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the enoki mushrooms and trim off the roots.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sauce mixture.
  4. Add the enoki mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Transfer the cooked mushrooms to a serving plate and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
