Ingredients
- 1 package of enoki mushrooms

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Rinse the enoki mushrooms and trim off the roots.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sauce mixture.
- Add the enoki mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
- Transfer the cooked mushrooms to a serving plate and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
