Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3-4 dried red chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the dried red chilies and Sichuan peppercorns to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the wok and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until they start to brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and salt, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
- Transfer the spicy fried cauliflower to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
