Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1/4 cup curry leaves
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp red food color (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the curry leaves and green chilies until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornflour and red food color. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with the cornflour mixture.
- Deep fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fried curry leaves and green chilies before serving.
