Spicy Fried Chicken Wings (Làzhī Jīchì)

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar

  • 2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
