Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and Sichuan peppercorns, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cucumbers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the green onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, chili flakes, and sesame oil. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot or cold.
