Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the shrimp and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Transfer the spicy garlic shrimp to a serving dish and serve hot.
