Spicy Gongura Chicken

Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup gongura leaves (sorrel leaves)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn golden brown.
- Add the gongura leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is tender and the gongura leaves are cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
