Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil to make the marinade.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and let it sit for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and charred.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
