Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the goat chops with the marinade, making sure to cover them evenly.
  4. Place the chops on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium.
  5. Remove from the grill and let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
