Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

- Coat the goat chops with the marinade, making sure to cover them evenly.
- Place the chops on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium.
- Remove from the grill and let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
