Spicy Hmong Sausage Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 Hmong sausages, casing removed
  • 4 large bell peppers, any color
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
