Spicy Hotpot Adventure (麻辣火锅探险)

Ingredients
- 500g thinly sliced beef
- 300g firm tofu, cubed
- 200g enoki mushrooms, trimmed
- 150g napa cabbage, sliced
- 150g glass noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tbsp chili bean paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, chili bean paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and white pepper to the broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the beef, tofu, mushrooms, and napa cabbage to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the glass noodles and green onions to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the hotpot in individual bowls and enjoy!
