Ingredients
- 1 lb conch, cleaned and diced
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced conch with the jerk seasoning. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated conch. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the conch is tender.
