Spicy Jerk Conch Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb conch, cleaned and diced
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced conch with the jerk seasoning. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated conch. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the conch is tender.
  3. Add the diced onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
