Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 150g pork belly, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup zucchini, diced
- 1/2 cup carrot, diced
- 1/4 cup black bean sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the diced pork belly and cook until browned.
- Add the onion, zucchini, and carrot, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the black bean sauce, sugar, and black pepper, and stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chopped green onions and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
