Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 150g pork belly, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cup black bean sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced pork belly and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onion, zucchini, and carrot, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the black bean sauce, sugar, and black pepper, and stir well to combine.
  5. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the chopped green onions and stir to combine.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
