Spicy Korean Jajang Ramen (짜장라면)

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup of diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup of diced cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons of Korean jjajang sauce
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions
