Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (700g) lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5g) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5g) cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon (3g) cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes, onion chunks, and bell pepper chunks onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
