Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless lamb, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the lamb cubes and brown them on all sides. Remove the lamb from the pot and set aside.
