- 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined

- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
- In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the lemongrass, garlic, and red chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
