Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add lemongrass, garlic, and chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add tofu and cook until lightly browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sugar, adjust seasoning with salt.
