Spicy Lemongrass Tofu Stir-Fry (Đậu hũ xào sả ớt)

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add lemongrass, garlic, and chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add tofu and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sugar, adjust seasoning with salt.
