Ingredients
- 500g boneless meat, cut into cubes
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green chilies, sliced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add meat cubes and cook until they change color.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Whisk yogurt and add it to the pan. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
- Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
