Ingredients

  • 500g mutton chops

  • 3 tomatoes, pureed

  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the mutton chops with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated mutton chops and cook until the meat is browned.
  4. Pour in the tomato puree, green chilies, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer until the mutton is tender.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
