Spicy Mutton Stir Fry (mutton Chilly)

Ingredients

  • 500g mutton, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum, diced
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mutton pieces, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the mutton is tender.
  4. Once the mutton is cooked, add the diced capsicum and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and garam masala, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
