Spicy Naga Style Pork Ribs Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp Naga chili paste
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
  2. Add the pork ribs to the pot and brown them on all sides.
