Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 2 tbsp Naga chili paste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups water
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add the pork ribs to the pot and brown them on all sides.
