Ingredients

  • 250g wheat noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 Naga chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and Naga chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the chilies are fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them evenly with the spicy mixture.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
