Ingredients
- 250g wheat noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3-4 Naga chilies, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and Naga chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the chilies are fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them evenly with the spicy mixture.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
