Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed rice

- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- Salt to taste
- 12 puris (crispy puffed bread)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, onions, potatoes, and coriander leaves.
- Add the tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt, and salt. Mix well to coat the ingredients with the chutneys and spices.
- Arrange the puris on a serving plate and gently crack the top of each puri to create a small opening.
- Spoon the prepared puffed rice mixture into each puri.
- Top the filled puris with a generous amount of sev.
- Serve the spicy puffed bread snack immediately, garnished with extra chopped coriander leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
