Ingredients
- 3 cups puffed rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped green chilies and onions. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft.
- Now, add the puffed rice and roasted peanuts. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
