Spicy Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the spicy tomato sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss to combine. Serve hot and enjoy!
