Spicy Rum Glazed Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the rum, brown sugar, hot sauce, garlic, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
