Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets, such as tilapia or cod
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- Sliced radishes, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the fish fillets.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
- While the fish is cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and lime juice to make the slaw.
- To assemble the tacos, place a spoonful of the slaw on each tortilla, top with a piece of fish, and garnish with sliced radishes.
