Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 pound beef, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
- Add the beef to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Stir in the tomatoes, potatoes, and carrots.
- Pour in the beef broth and season with cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
