Ingredients
- 4 aji peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the aji peppers, white vinegar, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and add the cilantro, scallions, garlic, and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Let the sauce cool completely before transferring it to a jar or bottle.
