Spicy Sauce (aji Picante)

Ingredients

  • 4 aji peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
