Spicy Scrambled Eggs (flavorful Kalakki)

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Lower the heat and pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Cook, stirring continuously, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
