Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the shallots, garlic, and red chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Add the stink beans and tomatoes. Stir well.
  5. Add the tamarind paste, sugar, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
