Ingredients

  • 500g chicken liver, sliced
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, julienned
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
  • 2 scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken liver and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the chopped scallions and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
