Ingredients
- 500g chicken liver, sliced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, julienned
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chicken liver and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir to combine.
- Add the chopped scallions and stir-fry for another minute.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
