Ingredients

  • 2 red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, and red chilies, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
