Ingredients
- 4 pieces of fish fillet
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 4-6 red chilies, sliced

- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste with some water to make tamarind juice. Set aside.
