Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets

- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Preheat the stovetop grill or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the tilapia fillets.
