Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the tilapia fillets.
