Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Stir-fry the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  5. Add the bell peppers and continue stir-frying for 2 minutes.
  6. Combine beef broth and cornstarch, then pour into the wok. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
