Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Stir-fry the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the bell peppers and continue stir-frying for 2 minutes.
- Combine beef broth and cornstarch, then pour into the wok. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
