Ingredients
- 500g lamb, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced lamb and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and green chilies. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle the ground cumin, chili powder, and salt over the lamb and vegetables. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
