Ingredients

  • 500g lamb, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the sliced lamb and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the onion, bell pepper, and green chilies. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the ground cumin, chili powder, and salt over the lamb and vegetables. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
