Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage, cored and shredded
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the boiled cabbage and chopped onion over the potatoes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, feta cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cabbage and potatoes in the baking dish.
- Layer the remaining sliced potatoes on top.
