Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup shredded fresh coconut

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the shredded coconut, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
