- 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

- Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

- Pour in the fish or vegetable stock and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is almost tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
