Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can (14 ounces) tomato sauce

- Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour, or until the cabbage is tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the Stavanger-style Cabbage Rolls hot, accompanied by a dollop of sour cream or lingonberry jam if desired.
