Steak And Shrimp Hibachi

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as onions, zucchini, mushrooms)
  • 1/2 cup hibachi sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or hibachi grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak and shrimp with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
